Artist's Comments
So I just started reading a new manhwa (Korean manga) called "Witch Hunter". It is a story about the battle between witch hunters and their enemies, witches. Something that I noted was that the bad guys (the witches) are ALL female. Kind of like a harem manhwa, I guess
 One of the main antagonists in this story is Varete, a powerful (and evil, of course) witch. Her supporter/guardian (which is like a witch's familiar) is Abyss, which comes from the shadows. Bad guys are so much cooler than the good guys, so I decided to do some quick fanart of this particular witch. It seems that there isn't alot of Witch Hunter fanart on devArt anyway. Yes, I know that her hat is ridiculous. Apparently, that is the source of her power. Enjoy! Varete (c) Cho Jung-man |
